Highly experienced Academy Head Coordinator and UEFA A Licence Coach who has accumulated an
an impressive portfolio of achievements with the leading European club Paris Saint Germain.
Dedicated and driven professional with a proven track record in player development, contributing to the
progression of numerous players from the Academy to first team environment through designing and
implementing coaching programs.
Proficient in managing and guiding colleagues, coaches, and players to perform at their optimum
level and adept at strategic planning and organization of Academy logistics, including participation in
prestigious UEFA Youth competitions.

 

• Oversee Academy operations within leading French club Paris Saint Germain
• Responsible for strategic and logistical planning and organisation within the Academy
• Manage, monitor and motivate three Academy team managers, which cover five teams within the Academy
• Oversee 120 players, 60 members of staff and five teams in the Academy system
• Ensure all coaching sessions are in line with the club’s philosophy and coaching curriculum to develop players
• Assist and support in the delivery of coaching sessions within the Academy
• Main contact for UEFA for European football’s governing body Youth League competition, as well as, opposition teams participating
within the competition
• Main contact for international events, including PLIC, as well as, national associations from across the globe
• Ensure there is a clear pathway from the Academy to the first team environment
• Liaise with coaching and multidisciplinary staff from Paris Saint Germain’s first team
• Liaise and collaborate with the FFF and Pro League
• Responsible for organising of logistics for the club’s U17 and U19 team when they compete in international competitions
• Manage contracts, agreements and licences for players within the Academy to ensure they are eligible for competitions
